These can be done daily, sober or lifted, or whenever you want to calm and center yourself.

Today we have a pranayam, which means 'suspension of breath' or controlled breathing exercise. This exercise by Johg Ananda, is seated and very relaxing. You won't break a sweat and will end very relaxed. If you have a scattered or busy mind, this exercise is guaranteed to calm your mind.
