Kriya - Seated Spinal Blastoff is an accessible, seated kriya that builds and raises the kundalini by a progressive series of pranayam and movements. Energy builds for about 30 minutes until it is released and you relax into a deep shivasana with accompanying 30 minute sound bath.
Before starting, clear a comfortable space with no distractions. Low lighting is preferable, and have a comfortable area to relax into shivasana. While the practice is one hour, you may find yourself wanting more time to reintegrate afterwards.
